Hi graceful failure,
It seems as you have a lot on your plate... and from the sounds of it, a lot of pain from a past love. I dont want to sound cheesy and stuff but it will heal in time, your open bleeding scar that he left on your heart. It just takes time. And a lot of patience. I don't want to go too deep here, especially in this public type blog. If there was some way we could talk, by email or such let me know. We might share some things in common, you never know. I also am in Egypt. Ok well take care and hang in there.
